Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. CurvaPen Incs does not ship on US federal holidays. Time in Transit begins once your order has been mailed out, not from the time your order was placed.

Tracking Information: The USPS tracking information is not always completely up-to-date. If you have a received a shipment notification from Curva Pen Inc., your package is on its way.

International Shipping

Orders are mailed out within two business days after they are processed online. CurvaPen Inc does not ship on weekends or US federal holidays. Time in Transit begins once your order has been mailed out, not from the time your order was placed.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment.

• Time in Transit: Time in transit depends on the destination country. Please refer to the expected time frame in your shipping confirmation email before initiating a lost package inquiry.
• Carrier: International First Class Shipping (Not Available to All Countries)

We currently ship within the United States and to the following countries: 

Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

CurvaPen Inc. is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. CurvaPen Inc. in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
